My name is Angel, I'm a Qualified Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist with advanced training in Osteopathic and Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation Techniques. My focus is on helping people to reduce pain, improve range and quality of movement, feel stronger, and recover more effectively—whether from short term or chronic pain, injury, sports activities or everyday physical strain.
